In our busy day by day activity we all often forget to say a simple thank you to those who help us out during snow events.
While I have been very busy trying to play catch up with all office work as the snow events this past month had me involved on operational issues. I would like to thank your team for all the great work that they have done on snow removal here at LGA.... I would also like to extend my heartfelt thanks for your team as they go over and beyond to assist me when I approach them in cleaning the gate areas and equipment areas to enable my staff to move about while servicing the airlines.
Also one cannot forget the great assistance rendered to my fueling department on our fuel pad. Tom please pass along my sincere thanks to your team for the great job and assistance. It is a pleasure to work with such professionals.
